Refund policy

At Qinaranutrition, we accept returns of physical products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was delivered. Returns of used, damaged, or incomplete items will not be accepted.

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
